Development Group

This is the "For Profit" Real Estate Development division of the Harmony Projects.

The concept that Form influences Vibration and Vibration influences Health guides our design philosophy. Instead of focusing on individual buildings and compartmentalized projects, we concentrate on designing entire holistically integrated communities to maximize the health of the land and those who reside therein. We wish to illustrate that it is possible to have a profitable real estate development business which builds communities that enhance the health of the surrounding ecosystem by revitalizing rather than depleting it. We wish to make it more profitable to heal the land than to destroy it.

We also offer our services in a non-profit manner, to already established communities that wish to attune to the global harmony project. At all levels of the building process patience is given to group process and individual creativity.

Features include: zen garden, spiral energized water feature which irrigates the garden beds with potentiated water, integrated greenhouse and compost system. Removal of 90% of all lawn and replacement with medicinal and food plants in an artistic garden throughout the property.
